Nicholas G. Najjar

Associate Attorney

Nicholas G. Najjar is an associate at Due Doyle Fanning & Alderfer, LLP in Indianapolis, Indiana. Mr. Najjar earned his B.A. in History with High Distinction from Indiana University–Bloomington, where he also participated in the History Department Honors Program. He received his J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2025.

While in law school, Mr. Najjar was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society, served as a mentor in the Honor Society Mentor Program for Civil Procedure, and participated in the Robert H. Staton Moot Court Competition. He also served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Leanna K. Weissmann of the Court of Appeals of Indiana.

Mr. Najjar was admitted to the Indiana bar in 2025 and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. He is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association, and Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana. Mr. Najjar focuses his practice on workers’ compensation defense and insurance defense litigation, including general liability matters.

In his free time, Mr. Najjar enjoys reading, fitness training, photography, and following Indiana University athletics.
